Most mums start with a free 2-week pass to Fit Club, our outdoor group fitness sessions, to experience the vibe and meet the community. If it feels like a good fit and you want to continue, the next step is to join our Essentials 4-week program, our online course and community, which includes ongoing access to Fit Club, and support to help you build confidence in your health and habits.

Essentials: 4-Week Group Program
Master the essentials of a healthy lifestyle in this supportive, easy-to-follow online group program.
You’ll get guidance, accountability, and encouragement from your coach (that’s me!) and a powerful tribe of mums walking the same path. Together, we will celebrate your wins and tackle any challenges that come up.
Feeling good in your body doesn’t need to be complicated — with the right tools and support, you’ll build habits that last and confidence that grows. You’ve got this.

1. Can I just come to Fit Club without doing the program later on?
Fit Club is part of the Mum Love Method programs and not a standalone offering. While your first 2 weeks are free, ongoing access to Fit Club is included when you join the Essentials program and beyond.
Here’s why:
As a personal trainer, I’ve seen time and time again that lasting results don’t come from workouts alone. Real transformation happens when we combine movement with mindset, nutrition, self-care, and exploring belief systems that may be holding us back. We also support you to implement systems and routine at home to make both life and practicing positive habits easier.
That’s why the Mum Love Method isn’t just about fitness — it’s about supporting you as a whole person, helping you rebuild self-trust, confidence, and habits that actually work in your real life as a mum.
The Essentials program is a gentle, supportive way to get started — and Fit Club is one of the many tools we use to help you feel good in your body while building a healthier, happier life.

2. I haven’t exercised in years — will I be able to keep up at Fit Club?
Absolutely. Fit Club is designed for all fitness levels, especially mums who are just getting started again. You’ll be supported every step of the way, and you’re always encouraged to go at your own pace.Â

3. Is Fit Club kid-friendly?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your bub, toddler, or older kids. The space is flexible, casual, and understanding of everything that comes with motherhood. There’s plenty of room for kids to play nearby, and you can step in and out of the workout as needed.

4. What happens after the 4-week Essentials program?
At the end of Essentials, you’ll be invited to join Empower, our ongoing group coaching program that includes continued access to Fit Club, online community support, and deeper coaching. This is where many mums really start to see long-term change and confidence grow.

5. What if I don’t live locally? Can I still do the Essentials program?
Yes! While Fit Club is for local mums only, the Essentials program can be completed fully online. You’ll still get all the guidance, support, community plus workouts — just in a digital format.Â

6. How much time will the Essentials program take each week?
The Essentials program is self-paced and designed to be doable even with a busy mum schedule. You can expect a few short modules each week, small mindset and habit practices, and your weekly Fit Club session. It’s not about doing more — it’s about doing what matters most.Â
