Looking for a way to move your body, get outdoors, and connect with other mums? You’re invited to join us at Fit Clubfor two weeks — completely free.

Whether it’s been years since you last exercised or you’ve already been doing some workouts, these sessions are designed to meet you where you're at. All fitness levels are welcome, and no pressure — just progress, movement, and a little fun.

 

What to Expect

One session per week for 2 weeks — totally free.

Held at Rocks Riverside Park, under a large shaded area with plenty of parking.

1-hour group workout followed by time to chat, unwind, and connect with other mums.

A supportive, kid-friendly space — bring your bub, toddler, or older kids along

- A map of exactly where to find us, what to bring and a warm welcome from me (Steph!) so you feel confident and prepared.

This is where we go a little deeper — gently supporting you with tools around mindset, nutrition, self-care, and building habits that actually last. It also includes continued access to Fit Club, so you can keep showing up for yourself each week — surrounded by a community that gets it.
