Hi, I'm Stephanie - founder of the Mum Love Method.Â
I’m a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with over 17 years of experience helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered in their health journeys. I’ve always known that health is important, but it wasn’t until I became a mum that I truly understood how crucial — and how challenging — self-care can be for mothers.


The Real Struggles Mums Face
Many women begin motherhood without ever having been taught the essentials of health — and when baby comes along, life can feel overwhelming.
Conflicting health advice, decision fatigue, and unrealistic expectations make it even harder to figure out what’s right.
Like so many women, I’ve experienced body image struggles, emotional eating, and exercise burnout. I know firsthand how easy it is to fall into patterns of restriction, guilt, or avoidance.
A Different Path to Health
I used to push myself with shame — even as a fitness professional. But becoming a mum shifted everything. I didn’t want my kids to grow up bullying themselves the way I did.
So I asked: What does my healthiest self look like?
The answer surprised me — health is so much more than food and workouts. It’s about self-compassion, mental well-being, and making choices from a place of love, not pressure. When we care for ourselves kindly, we’re better able to ask:
Do I need rest or movement? Nourishment or comfort? Boundaries or support?
And when we slip up (because we will), we respond with compassion — not guilt.
